    The Oversight Dashboard

The organization oversight panel provides the highest-level view of your operation. Summary cards display: total active users, number of teams, total stations across all teams, total open work orders, open NCRs, and handoffs submitted in the last 24 hours. This is your daily health check — scan it each morning to ensure operations are running normally across the entire organization.

    Cross-Team Comparison

Unlike supervisors who see only their team, Admins can compare metrics across all teams. Side-by-side charts show throughput, utilization, scrap rate, and downtime per team. This helps identify: teams that are consistently outperforming (whose practices should be replicated), teams that are struggling (which may need more resources or support), and workload imbalances (one team overloaded while another is underutilized).

    User Activity Summary

A table shows recent user activity across the organization: who signed in today, who submitted handoffs, who filed NCRs, and who has been inactive for an extended period. Inactive users may indicate abandoned accounts that should be deactivated to free up seats, or team members who need encouragement or support to adopt the system.

    Compliance and Audit Readiness

For organizations subject to quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR), the oversight panel provides quick access to compliance-related data: NCR aging report (how long NCRs stay open), handoff completion rate (percentage of shifts with documented handoffs), and data access logs (who accessed what data and when). These reports can be exported for auditor review.

    System Health Indicators

The panel also shows operational health metrics: last successful data refresh, any pending sync errors (if ERP connector is configured), subscription status and seat utilization, and whether any scheduled tasks or automated processes have failed. These indicators help you proactively address issues before they affect users.
